The Basics

Launchpad Client Management System ended technical support on October 1, 2021, and the system ceased operations on November 1, 2021.
Launchpad was a HUD-approved CMS designed for practitioners, by practitioners. Developed by the Housing Partnership Network in 2018 and powered by the Salesforce platform, Launchpad was built for flexibility and scalability.
 

 

Costs
  • $2,500 one-time onboarding fee (waived for HCO users who sign up by 3/31/19)
  • Launchpad license fees: 1 user $50/month, 2 users $75/month, up to 5 users $105/month, then $17/month for each additional user
  • Potential Salesforce fees, if organization is for-profit or government, or a nonprofit in need of more than 10 user accounts
  • Additional data migration costs may apply; free from HCO through 5/31/19
