The Basics

NeighborWorks Compass (Compass) is offered by NeighborWorks America and is designed for organizations operating housing counseling programs focused on homeownership counseling. Compass focuses on the development and maintenance of tools that allow organizations to assist clients with sustainable homeownership.

Costs

One-Time Costs: There is a one-time $1,000 charge for migration and onboarding to Compass

Annual Fee: Pricing starts at $600/year for NeighborWorks America network members. The price varies depending on NeigborWorks America membership and the number of users.

Platform & Setup

NW Compass is a web-based system that runs on the SalesForce platform. The use of Salesforce provides organizations with optional access to thousands of third party apps built for Salesforce. Setup of the system is conducted remotely and can take two to four weeks.
