The Basics

The CaseWorthy CMS is designed for non-profit organizations with multiple program areas. CaseWorthy aims to be a full circle system meeting all of an organization’s technical needs, whether through the CaseWorthy CMS itself or its sister softwares, ServTracker and medisked. CaseWorthy is a process-driven system designed to be customized around the different roles and pre-existing processes within your organization.

Training & Technical Support

As part of the onboarding process, agency managers are provided training to learn the system tools and functionality. To assist in their agency’s workflow, managers have the ability to add custom videos and notes within the system.

CaseWorthy assigns an account manager to your agency who can be reached for questions or assistance with the system.

Platform & Setup

CaseWorthy is a web-based system focused on customization for individual agency needs. Your configuration of the system is built in collaboration with CaseWorthy after a discovery process to identify your needs. Setup of the system is conducted remotely and can take eight weeks or longer.
