Maddison Arseneaux

Maddison Arseneaux joined Housing Action Illinois as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader in 2024. Before this role, she completed her first year with CAC AmeriCorps, a program dedicated to addressing various environmental and social needs in Knowxville, TN. Serving as the Administrative Coordinator for the Tennessee RiverLine, an initiative aimed at connecting communities and outdoor recreation experiences along the 652-miles of the Tennessee River, allowed her to further develop her skills in community organization, management, and communication. Maddison is grateful for the opportunity to continue her service with Housing Action Corps. She is eager to support members in achieving program objectives and to develop new and impactful project activities.

Maddison earned her B.S. in Architecture with a minor in Environmental Studies from Southern Illinois University in May 2023. Driven by her passion for creativity, innovation, and sustainable design, she is committed to pursuing a career that integrates these elements into affordable housing solutions. She is excited to continue her work in the nonprofit sector and is dedicated to making a positive impact on communities through her ongoing service.
