The Basics

RxOffice CMS is offered by IndiSoft LLC as part of its National Housing Advocacy Platform (NHLP), a collaborative, eCommerce technology solution. The NHLP is designed to integrate HUD-certified housing counselors into the residential mortgage servicing and origination process. RxOffice CMS connects counselors to other stakeholders participating in the NHLP, like mortgage lenders, loan officers, state housing finance agencies, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, credit unions commercial and non-commercial banks and residential mortgage servicers, who are working together to preserve and expand homeownership.

Costs

One-Time Costs: Starts at about $5,000 and includes infrastructure setup, workflow configuration, onboarding, and training. Document and data migration to RxOffice CMS from another CMS are also available as an optional service.

Annual Fee: Pricing starts at $3,600/year. This price varies depending on the volume of new cases.

Platform & Setup

RxOffice is a web-based system designed with a case type focused structure. The workflow processes of the system can be configured based on your organization’s needs. Setup of the system is conducted remotely and can take one week or less.
