The Basics

mPact Pro is offered by Community Ventures Corporation and is designed for organizations operating housing counseling programs. mPact Pro is built to meet the fundamental needs of HUD-approved housing counseling agencies and provides reporting and workflow customization based on the needs of each organization.

Costs

One-Time Costs: Pricing starts at $2,500 for onboarding, which includes data migration.

Annual Fee: Pricing starts at $3,000/year + $468/year per user.

Training & Technical Support

In addition to the technical support features listed below, mPact Pro offers a video library within the system to assist users with all features, resource guides on system features, a monthly newsletter highlighting system topics and tools, and online scheduling for technical assistance meetings.

Platform & Setup

mPact Pro is a web-based system designed specifically for HUD-approved housing counseling agencies. Setup of the system is conducted remotely and can take one week or less. In addition to sessions with their Customer Care Team, mPact Pro maintains a User Guide to assist with the onboarding process.
