The Basics

Client Support Software Housing Management Application (HMA) is designed for the housing counseling industry and supports organizations with multiple programs. Costs

One-Time Costs: Basic client data can be imported from CSV formatted files for no cost. The cost of importing funding and HUD data can range from $1000 to $4000 based on the amount of data and its format.

Agencies also have the option to export and store their old data without uploading it into the platform at no cost.

Annual Fee: Pricing starts at $1020/year per user. This price varies by the optional features you elect to include.

Platform & Setup

Client Support Software HMA is a web-based system with a wide range of optional third party integrations. The system can be structured to support organizations that have multiple agencies or branches. Setup of the system is conducted remotely and can take place within a week, though the exact timeline varies with the amount and format of the date to be imported.
