The Basics
LegalServer is designed for nonprofit legal organizations, with tools specific for organizations operating housing counseling programs. LegalServer is built with a modular design, allowing agencies to only select the features needed by their organization, while also allowing them to add features as their organization changes over time.
Costs
One-Time Costs: Pricing starts at about $7,500 for onboarding, which includes a hands-on configuration based on an organization’s data collection and reporting needs. Additional costs apply for data and document migration, impacted by the number of fields and documents migrated. The HUD 9902 Integration module costs an additional $4,200.
Annual Fee: Pricing starts at $7,200/year for up to 40 users. The HUD 9902 Integration model is an additional $1,800/year.

Training & Technical Support
As part of the onboarding process, LegalServer provides training to end users and prepares agency administrators for usage and maintenance of the system.
In addition to the technical support features listed below, LegalServer has instructional videos embedded in the system to assist users, provides free weekly training calls, and hosts a bi-annual national training.
