The Basics

Outcome Tracker is offered by VistaShare and is designed for organizations with multiple program areas. Outcome Tracker is used by nonprofit organizations in the US and Canada focused on community and economic development, asset building, and social services. The features of the system are designed with non-technical users in mind.

Costs

One Time Costs: Pricing starts at $2,700 for onboarding, which includes the licensing fee and implementation.

Annual Fee: Pricing starts at $4,080/year and varies with the optional features selected, program size, and the number of users.The base pricing includes access for 5 users, with each additional user adding $120/year.

Training & Technical Support

In addition to the technical support features listed below, Outcome Tracker has video tutorials built into the system and an online help system with documentation on available features.

As part of the onboarding process VistaShare provides training on all features of the system, and remains available to assist with customization when needed.

Platform & Setup

Outcome Tracker is a web-based system that allows for customization based on your organization’s needs, determined by an initial assessment conducted by VistaShare. The system can be configured for use by organizations with multiple subsidiaries or branches, allowing administrators to view site or organization level data. Setup of the system is conducted remotely and can take six to eight weeks.
