The Basics

NACA-Lynx was developed in 1998 by the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) for its own programs, which is why the system has a particular focus on helping clients obtain mortgages through character-based lending. It is best suited fo housing counselors providing pre-purchase counseling for clients serious about becoming a homeowner or improving their financial management. NACA-Lynx is used by 1 HUD-approved housing counseling agency.
