Paula Bush

Paula Bush currently serves as the Executive Director for North West Housing Partnership (NWHP) and has been a part of the organization since 2008. NWHP creates and preserves affordable quality diverse housing for low- to moderate-income residents through renovation, senior assistance, and housing-related educational programs. Ms. Bush holds an Executive Certification in Home Modification from the University of Southern California School of Gerontology, is a HUD-certified housing counselor, and is currently enrolled at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. She created and directed a down payment assistance grant program for a major banking institution that expanded throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. She is often sought out to consult in housing program development and administration for organizations and municipalities, and she received the Leadership and Innovation award from the Oak Park Regional Housing Center for making a difference in affordable housing.
