Emma Robinson

Emma Robinson (she/her) joined Housing Action Illinois in August 2024 as a Communications and Development AmeriCorps VISTA Member. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources. Her role as an outreach intern at a wetland research park ignited her passion for crafting communication strategies on complex topics. Emma is eager to explore the intersections between environmental studies and community development, particularly in the context of housing equity.

Through her service with Housing Action Corps, she aims to deepen her understanding of housing justice and enhance her ability to develop effective communication strategies that advance housing access solutions.
